Held At the Field House in Hamburg Pennsylvania
Just off Exit 30 (old exit 10) Of I-78, West Of Allentown, PA

Dealer / Vendor setup is from 6:00 am to 9:00 am after 9:00 am everyone (including late coming vendors) must use the general public entrance. All other doors will be secured through out the public hours.

Registration fee for tables/ spaces will be $70.00 each until 9-20-2007, at that time they will be $80. Refunds will be given to vendors who need to cancel their reserved space up to 30 days before the show date. After that point I will try to rebook your spot and if I can at that time I will send you your refund. The table size is approximately 30"x 96". Reservations will be taken sometime after noon during the current show anyone who does not reserve at that time cannot be guaranteed a spot for the next show. Due to the volume of vendors requesting space it is not fair to make them wait until the last minute for a response.

Reserved Table space will be held until 10:00 am after that time they will become available to any other vendor who wishes to rent them at the regular fee.

No refunds will be given for reserved tables if the vendor fails to show up. If you for any reason can't make the show even last minute, call me and I will try to rebook the space with another vendor.

There will be one admission included with each table reservations. Nametags will be given out for the vendor admissions please wear them - this will allow you to come and go freely throughout the show. We do have security personnel and it is their responsibility to stop people not displaying a vendor tag or a wristband.

 All vendors will be required to sign a liability waiver on the day of the show taking full responsibility for everything they bring and the actions thereof.
